Grzegorz Grabowiec - video editor, filmmaker, enthusiast, freelancer, nofilmschool. Live in Poland.

Since 10 years I run a YouTube channel on which I place my montages of sports and cinema / TV. My videos have been played around the world over 10 million times and left a lot of impressions on the viewers. Building a drama and emotions is what I'm taking care of the most. Plus the technical quality of video and audio editing. I follow video compilations from the best televisions and professional movie productions. When it's possible, I'm gladly learning new filming stuff and develop myself.

On this blog, you can find some of the videos I've made for my channel and some other projects I've been working on lately.

Software: Vegas Pro, Final Cut Pro, Audacity, Inkscape, Blender, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro.

Began to interest in video editing in 2005. As an aspiring junior football player, I've been surfing internet for some football compilations. As it was a pre-YouTube era, clips like this were only on certain forums and websites - such as soccerclips.net and later on polish Eurogoal.pl. Zidane, Kaka, Totti, Zlatan, Ronaldo and others were on my screen every day. I'm still keeping those videos in my archive.

Finally, in 2007 I started to make my own videos. For that, I created a YouTube channel on which I placed my own football compilations. Also joined Eurogoal.pl community - a very popular place for such creators back then. Participated many contests. The biggest achievement from that period was a victory in Eurogoal Compilation Competition 2012 - unofficial Polish Championships of football compilations editing. Made a pretty decent 11-minute documentary compilation about Waldemar Fornalik - Ruch Chorzów's manager from 2009-2012, who became a Polish National Team coach. Spent two months on taking care of every detail in this material. Still very proud of this video.

For the entire decade of my activity, it hasn't happened to notice major breakups with editing. I widened my filmmaking hobby by watching more movies and follow professional productions. The ultimate goal of my videos was always to make it solid as they were professional, despite they are made by a guy from the internet. I address montages mainly to people closely related to the subject. I don't follow the numbers and adoration as it was the prime purpose - this is why I keep only 19,000 subscribers of my channel. However, my videos (including many taken down by the content copyright holders) have been played around the world over 10 million times and left a lot of impressions.

I was also very active beyond my own channel. From working on the school television back in high school times to many other projects which are coming up constantly and on which I'm developing myself as a filmmaker.
